The full papers may be submitted after the presentation.

The accepted symposium papers can be published in "Social Sciences Research Journal (with the ISSN number 2147-5237 – Online).
 
Instructions for authors
  • Manuscripts: Word file.
  • Total length of the manuscripts: Approximately 8000 words.
  • Margins: Top 2.5 cm, bottom 2.5 cm, left 2.5 cm, right 2.5 cm, gutter 0 cm, header 1.27 cm, footer 1.27 cm.
  • Title: 14pt, bold capitalize each word, center text and maximum 12 words.
  • Name(s) of author(s): bold 12pt, center text.
  • Affiliation(s) of author(s): 12pt, center text.
  • The corresponding author (as footnote): Address, e-mail address, telephone and fax numbers, 10pt.
  • Abstract: 250-350 words, 11pt.
  • The abstract should not contain any undefined abbreviations or unspecified references. The abstracts should concisely present the aim or the purpose of the study, the methodology, the results, and the conclusion remarks.
  • Keywords: 4 to 6 words, 11pt. and italic.
  • Main text: Times new roman, 12 pt, line spacing 1, capitalize each word and unnumbered titles.
  • Abbreviations: Abbreviations should be defined at first mention and used consistently thereafter.
  • Footnotes: Footnotes should not contain any figures or tables. Footnotes to the text are numbered consecutively. 10 pt.
  • Acknowledgments: Acknowledgments of people, grants, funds, etc. should be placed in a separate section before the reference list. The names of funding organizations should be written in full.
  • All manuscripts must be submitted in accordance with the style of writing specified in APA [American Psychological Association (Corporate Author). (2009). Publication Manual of the American Psychological Association (Sixth Edition)]. When quoting a source, one must follow each quotation with a citation of the page number. Cite references in the text;
Metin (2009)...; Özkan (2009, p. 17)...; Çınar (2010, pp. 481-486)...; According to Çalıyurt and Fazlıoğlu (2008)….; Following Koldere (2007)...; Metin and Özkan (2006) argue that...; Yıldız, Öztürk and Çınar (2005)....; In accordance with the APA format, when there are 3-5 authors in the cited source: Metin, Güler, Gül, Çetin and Soy (1992, pp. 351-397). Afterwards, cite only the surname of the first author followed by "et al.": Metin et al. (1992, pp. 351-397). When there are six or more authors, cite only the surname of the first author followed by "et al." and the year for the first and subsequent citations: Baltacı et al. (2005, pp. 150-1980). For multiple references, list the citations in alphabetical order and separate them with semicolons:(Ceyhan, 2001; Özsoy, 2004; Tekir et al. 2006; Batur, Köklü and Özdağ, 2007). The list of references should only include works that are cited in the text and that have been published or accepted for publication. Personal communications and unpublished works should only be mentioned in the text. Reference list entries should be alphabetized by the last names of the first author of each work.
